Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
My name is Thomas Stewart, a 62 year old male who will be discharged from
prison in about 24 months from now. I will have spent the last 20 years
in prison. Upon discharge, I will have no where to go, no family, no
friends, no job, no home, no clothes and no money other than the $25 check
from the State of Georgia. I will be about 8 months shy of the required
age to draw Social Security. I don’t know what to do or where to turn
for help in obtaining a job, home, clothes and food.
I am in fairly good health other than a high blood pressure problem that
is controlled with medication. I do not or have not used drugs
or alcohol, no tattoos or other disfiguring adornments. I will do any
work that is moral or legal. I have training in the Machine shop field,
quality assurance and 2 diplomas in Sci-Paralegal and Massy Small Business.
I can move anywhere I can find help and fully expect to repay those who
can and will help. Without help I will be a lost homeless person.
Any helpful leads, suggestions and contacts are sincerely needed and appreciated.
