Dear Reader,

I'm desperately writing you in hope that you'll be able to aid and assist me in this wrongful life imprisonment that I've been given.
I understand that you may be very busy in other legal matters and litigations but please I pray that you'll consider this continued ongoing nightmare that has altered my life forever.

I was convicted of a crime that I had no knowledge of  and I was convicted with little if any physical evidence at all.  The state knowingly allowed the witnesses to fabricate a lie to convict me.  If the state would not have offered  a plea bargain  with the state witnesses I would not be in this situation.  Regardless of the fact that I am able to prove that I was lied on and that the state assisted in the criminal act of creating a frame around me to convict me.

My trial counsel had the knowledge at the trial that the state witnesses were creating a lie and they reached a deal with the prosecutor to eliminate the possibility of going to prison for the crimes that they have committed during the course of waiting to go to trial.  I have no other means of assistance.  I'm aware that you may only be interested in capitol punishment cases but correct me if I 'm wrong is it not a capitol punishment to serve the duration of your life in prison for a crime that you are actually innocent of?

I not only have affidavits but other evidence that my trial counsel and direct appeal counsel forgot forgot to misplace before turning over my original files.  I'm in the last stages of fighting this conviction and I'm running out of resources and the path I'm walking on is getting even shorter.  My Federal Habeas Corpus file number is 4: 97-CV-331 also my case could be found  under No.901-1555. 2822-8 1993 and No.60805, 1995.

The trial counsel I had refused to investigate, call my witnesses or cross examine  the state witnesses with the inconsistency of their testimonies.  The witnesses made three statements and they were not consistent with each other.  They were conflicting and very much contradicting.  My trial counsel had this information at the trial but refused to use it.  My appeal attorney had this knowledge but she also failed to do the same.  One counsel abandoning me during the 29.15 stage without giving me any reason why she refused to file an amended motion in my case.  I tried to bring this up in my evidentiary hearing but I was told to just answer the prepared questions by my second 29.15 counsel. 

I know that I can prove that I'm innocent but how can I if I'm not given a chance.  If the students could prove that so many on death row were actually innocent how many life without parole do you think are actually innocent.  We are often forgotten.  I know if you'll just have someone please look at my case you'll see and find that I've been living in prison for a crime I didn't do.  I've been writing  to many groups seeking the assistance but it's not possible to fight a war by myself without the proper skills.  There was only one counsel counsel who I strongly fell tried to assist me and you could contact him at:

I pray that you ar able to look into my case.  I can't find any probono attorneys and I wish that I could find some intern students to work on my case.  I was just 18 years old when I was arrested.  I've been robbed of my past and my future doesn't look any brighter.

I hope to hear from you and I pray that you are able to aid  me.  Like before please do not over look my case solely on the fact that I'm not being put to death.  Slowly I am being put to death.  Day after day I am dying.  And my life is steadily dying off.  I need your help in all that is possible.  I'm at the point where I have nothing to live for.  Because I was taken away from my family and robbed of my youth and my family is dying away soon I will be the last one left and what is a  life is you can't be free spiritually.  I fell the freedom but I'm physically dead in a forever nightmare.
