Coordinator's Message
My adopted brother, Anthony Fruchella, has
been in prison for 21 years in March for a crime he did not commit, he was
talked into pleading guilty for what was supposed to be a lesser sentence.
His victim who is like his
daughter has even gone to the
I have talked to a few attorneys
and the only one who will even help wants $5,000.00 up front to even start
anything. My niece who is the one he is convicted of has even had a letter
saying he is not the one who did all of this and named the guilty persons in it
notarized and sent him a copy. Her sister who is also a victim has talked to
the same detective and some attorneys and all she ends up with is a dead end.
I don't know where else to turn.
Sometimes I think the parole board is keeping him there because he is openly
gay. He has been up in front of the review board and the parole board and they
will not release him until he stands up and says he is guilty and all of that.
