Lawyers and Paralegals Wanted

If you are a lawyer or paralegal and if you are not  totally teed off at me, I need your help.  You must admit that there are many bad defense attorneys, prosecutors and judges who are incompetant and corrupt.  Thousands of innocent people  are in prison because they could not afford competant council and many were framed by the justice system.  In many cases the actual perps were the witnesses that convicted the innocent people.

I know of 5 men on death row in PA who I feel are innocent.  There are many cases where the prosecutors knew the accused people were inncocent.  It is easier to convict an innocent person that a guilty one.

Many court appointed attorneys are not only incompetant but they are also working for the prosecution.

To me it is the prosecutors job  to see that the real criminal is in prison.  If he prosecutes an innocent man and loses the case he has done his job and he is a winner too.  If he prosecutes an innocent man and that man is pronounced guilty by the jury he has failed to do his job.  Each innocent conviction is a failure by the prosecutor and the justice system.

In Detroit there is a high profile case where most wittnesses say that the accused is not the man.  Even the news media in Detroit seems to support his innocence and yet the prosecution continues because they are afraid of looking bad.  In the past no one cared about the innocent prisoners because they thought they were guilty of something else and should be in prison anyway.  I still hear ignorant people say that and it makes me even madder that it happens so much. 

Our system is a discrace.  Many say it is bad but it is the best.  B.S.  It is not the best.  It is one of the most corrupt in the world.
Some parts of this country are over 100 years behind time.  They are run by despots that make Hitler look like a good guy.  People live in fear and are afraid to talk to their friends for fear that the powers that be will get them.

Many people go to prison on trumped up charges because they made someone mad.  There are people on death row who were framed by the good old boys.  Many cases the corruption is obvious.

Is it possible to have a criminal and civil lawyer team up and split a contigent fee of two-thirds.  Using paralegals who donate their time you would save money.  In many cases the family has been a great help with the legal research. When your loved one is in prison you find that you have a lot of time to learn about the system and where it failed your loved one.
