The
Injustice System
A Non
Profit Corporation
I am
incorporating The Injustice System as a non profit corporation. Since we
will be exposing corruption and fighting to have corrupt politicians removed
from office we will be involved in politics. We will be supporting
candidates who are fighting corruption. We will be
asking people to help us find and expose corruption.
We will be attempting to get reforms in the legal system that will
stop the imprisonment of innocent people. We will try to push for
legislation to clear innocent people.
Because of the tax status of The Castle of Hope for Lost Souls we feel
that it is best to separate The Injustice System from the
The
Memberships
We
will be dependant of membership dues and donations. These payments
to The Injustice System will not be tax deductible. To most it will not
matter because most people do not itemize deductions anyway. We will be
putting out monthly newsletters and alerts will be sent as they come up.
I have put a lot of thought into the amount of dues. We will need
money. We are going to set the dues at $10.00 plus what ever else you can
give. Hopefully you can give more but if not we'll get it going. When you
join we will send you a membership certificate via e-mail.
I am writing a book called The Injustice System. A portion of the
Royalties will go to The Injustice System.
What we Want to Accomplish
We want to help those prisoners
who are innocent:
- Help get out their story
by giving them web pages or if they have their own sites linking to them.
- Helping them with their
legal fees by letting people know where they can send money to help.
- Trying to convince
people in television to have a show about the innocent people in
prison. Hopefully the proceeds from the show will go to the
prisoners' defense fund.
- Exposing the corrupt
practices and shoddy legal work that put them in prison.
- Suggesting new laws that
will help eliminate the problem.
We want to help Prisoners who are abused and unfairly treated by the system:
- Many prisoners are
abused for just doing the right thing.
- If a guard does not like
a prisoner he can make life hell for prisoner or even have prisoner
killed.
- In many cases the
prisoners who earn parole do not get it but those who are a danger to
society are given it.
- Prison guards and
officials make money off of bodies in prison. Therefore they do what
they can to keep prisoners in prison. False charges of violations
are common.
- Drugs are easier to get
in prison. This would not be if the guards were not involved.
- Innocent prisoners are
hassled and their legal papers destroyed by guards and officials.
- Medical care is poor and
that may be a compliment to the system. Medical personnel are
unqualified and do not care.
We want to help those who are harassed and put in
fear by corrupt police, prosecutors and Judges:
- We will report the
stories of corruption on all levels of government.
- We will tell the stories
of those who are harassed. If they are in fear of retaliation we
they can be anonymous.
- We will report the
corruption to those that can help stop it including the news media
representatives that can be trusted.
We will help those who are being discriminated
against by the system.
We will do everything in our power to improve the
system.
Can it be
done?
I don't know. It hasn't been done yet. That does not mean that it
can't be done. If we can get enough people together and if we can get
people to write the powers that be we may succeed. If we can I have
hope and if you have hope together we may make a difference.
